If something is not quite right with your order, we are here to help with a fair and simple return process.


💎 Return Window

Rolanty™ accepts return requests within 30 days after your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Returned with original packaging, tags, or accessories when applicable
Supported by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

Your order number
The item you would like to return
A brief reason for the request
Photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


❄️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your jewelry carefully after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at service@rolanyt.com.

We will review the issue and help with a suitable solution, such as a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.


🖤 Items That May Not Be Returnable

Some items may be excluded from returns for hygiene, customization, or promotional reasons.

This may include:

Worn earrings or body jewelry
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
Final sale items
Promotional or clearance products
Items returned without original condition or packaging

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it back.


🔁 Exchanges

For the fastest exchange experience, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want after your return request is approved.

This helps avoid delays and ensures the replacement style is still available.


🌍 EU Customer Notice

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.

This policy is provided in addition to our standard return process where applicable.


💳 Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method
Processing may take up to 10 business days
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service@rolanyt.com.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Approved return requests will receive return instructions by email, including where and how to send the item.

Rolanty™ is not responsible for returns sent to an incorrect address or without prior authorization.
