During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email when available.

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to orders.

The final shipping cost will be shown clearly during checkout before payment is completed.

Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
Other international locations: 14–21 business days

When your package has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Kindly note:

Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update
A temporary tracking delay does not always mean the package is lost
Some carriers update tracking only after the parcel reaches the next shipping point

We recommend checking the tracking link regularly once it becomes active.

For international deliveries, orders may be shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

This means customers may be responsible for:

🖤 Order Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders as soon as possible so your jewelry can be prepared quickly.

If you need to change your shipping details or request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase:

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


❄️ Damaged Packages or Delivery Issues

Your Rolanty™ order should arrive in good condition.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged package or item
A brief description of the issue

If the carrier confirms that a package is lost in transit, we will review the case and assist with a suitable solution, such as a replacement where applicable.
